ATTICA, Athens. Circa 460-455 BC. AR Tetradrachm (17.08 g, 3h). Transitional type. Helmeted head of Athena right / Owl standing right, head facing, with spread tail feathers; olive sprig and crescent behind; all within incuse square. Starr group IV, 121 (O105/R114); Dewing 1589; SNG Copenhagen -; SNG Delepierre 1424 (same dies). Good VF, lightly toned, tight flan.
