MYSIA, Kyzikos. Circa 170-150 BC. AR Tetradrachm (17.04 g, 12h). Stephanophoric type. Draped bust of Kore right, wearing oak wreath / KUZI-KHNWN, torch; monograms above and below; all within laurel wreath. Von Fritze II 33 (for type); SNG France -; SNG Copenhagen -; SNG von Aulock -. Good VF, gray toning with golden hues in the devices. Very rare, apparently unpublished with these monograms.
