CAESAR AVGVSTVS, bare head left / SIGNIS to left, RECEPTIS to right, Mars, helmeted, naked except for chlamys behind, standing left, head right, holding aquila in right hand and signa cradled in left over left shoulder. RIC I 80b; Calicó 269; BMCRE 410 = BMCRR Rome 4403; cf. BN p. 167, note †. VF, minor marks, scrape on reverse, slight wave to flan. Rare.
