[KE R]OHQHEI [Tw Cw D]OVLw, patriarchal cross, with X at the intersections, on three steps from which tendrils sprout / +CVMEw/NH A’ CPAQ/AR, S ANAGR/AFEI TON AR/MENIAK[...] in five lines; ornaments above and below. Cf. BLS II 92 (for similar obverse type); cf. DOCBS IV 22.3 (for different seal of same person); Seyrig -; Vatican -; Orghidan -; Jordanov - . Good VF, gray-tan patina.
