ROMAN. Imperial. Bronze Protome with Bust. Circa 2nd century AD. Thin protome, probably furniture decoration, with a draped bust of a female figurine wearing scalloped crown. Frame decorated with series of circles. Eyes originally inlaid, now missing. Height: 11cm. Attractive, eyes damaged, mouth appears to have been reworked.
