MATIDIA • AVG DIVAE • MARCIANAE • F •, draped bust right, wearing stephane / PIETAS AVGVST, Matitidia (as Pietas?) standing facing, head left, holding hands over heads of two small figures who stand on either side, raising hands to her. RIC II 759 (Trajan); Strack 53 (Hadrian); RSC 10; BMCRE 660-4 (Trajan); BN 913-4 (Trajan). Good VF, lightly toned, a few faint scratches. Rare.
