CARIA, Knidos. Circa 411-405/4 BC. AR Drachm (6.12 g, 6h). Head and foreleg of roaring lion right / Head of Aphrodite right, hair in plain sphendone; K-N-I around; all within incuse square. EF, toned, a couple minor die breaks on reverse.

The style of this late 5th century piece, especially the lion, with its three layers of mane, is very close to Cahn 115A.
