KINGS of PERSIS. Darios (Darev) I. Late 2nd century BC. AR Drachm (3.51 g, 2h). Head right, with short beard, wearing diadem and kyrbasia surmounted by crescent / “d’rwy m[...]” in Aramaic script in exergue, fire temple, Ahura-Mazda above; to left, Darios standing right; to right, column surmounted by eagle. Klose & Müseler 3/10; Alram 557; De Morgan pl. XXIX, 11-12. Good VF, minor roughness, a few small marks.
