Wreathed head of Arethusa left, wearing triple-pendant earring and necklace, three dolphins around, NK below neck / SURAKOSIWN in exergue, charioteer driving quadriga left, holding kentron in right hand, reins in left; triskeles above, AI monogram in exergue. Ierardi, "Tetradrachms of Agathocles of Syracuse," in ANSAJN 7-8, 41 (O8/R22); SNG Lockett 1002 (same dies); Weber 1668 (same dies). Lightly toned, near EF. ($1500)
