KORAS, wreathed head of Kore right, wearing single-pendant earring and necklace / AGAQOKLEOS in exergue, Nike standing right and erecting trophy; AI monogram left, triskeles to outer right. Ierardi, "Tetradrachms of Agathocles of Syracuse," in ANSAJN 7-8, 92-96 var. (O19/R- - this reverse die not listed); Gulbenkian 336 (same obverse die); SNG Fitzwilliam 1347 (same obverse die). Attractively toned, good VF, reverse slightly double struck. Finely styled dies. ($2000)
