Head of Kore left, wearing earring, necklace and wreath of grain; owl standing behind / Nike driving galloping quadriga right, holding kentron in right hand, reins in left; SURAKOSIWN below double exergual line, monogram above, AI below horses, signature LU on exergual line. Burnett, "The Enna Hoard," SNR 62, D53 (same dies); De Luynes 1395 (same dies); Jameson 894 (same obverse die). EF, small flake on cheek. Very rare. ($2000)

The two small letters on the exergual line, LY, are the signature of the artist LYCID. His fuller signature can be found on another die of this same type, cf. Basel 541.
