CELTIC, Iceni. Ale Sca. Early 1st century AD. AR Unit (14mm, 1.04 g, 8h). Boar standing right; above, pellet-in-annulet between two crescents; AL-FE below / Horse prancing right; pellet-in-annulet and pellets above, SCAVO/PF in two lines below. Allen, Coins -; Van Arsdell -; SCBC -; Rudd 88, p. 3 (same dies). Good VF. Extremely rare; one of only six known and the only which clearly displays the extra letters on reverse.
