Dated cyclical year 9-3 (1902). “zào shěng lín jí rén kù píng qī qián èr fēn yín,” (Made in Jílín province/rén [cyclical date stem]/Treasury scales equal to 7 qián and 2 fēn/yín [cyclical date branch]) in Hànzì, “bǎo yuán guāng xù,” (Valuable yuán of Guāngxù) in Hànzì around large tài jí tú (yin and yang symbol) / KIRIN • PROVINCE/(pierced cross) 7 • CAINDARINS • 2 (pierced cross), flying imperial dragon facing, coiled around fireball and surrounded by stylized clouds; to left and right, “Jílín,” in Mongolian script.
