Struck 1141-1142. : IMPEAT[RI ·], crowned bust right, holding scepter / + E[LW]INE · DE · CAI[ERDI], cross patonce over cross fleurée in saltire. Mack -; SCBI -; BMC -; North; SCBC 1326B. VF, toned, some areas of striking weakness. Flan slightly irregular. Very rare and an unknown type before the discovery of the Coed-y-Wenallt Hoard.
