IONIA, Kolophon. Circa 330-285 BC. AR Hemidrachm (1.63 gm). Laureate head of Apollo left, with long hair / Lyre; magistrate EKATAIOS. Milne, ANSNNM 96, -; SNG Copenhagen -. EF. ($500)

No silver coinage is recorded for this magistrate, only two bronze issues, Milne 107 and 124. The earlier Apollo/Lyre issues all show Apollo with his hair tucked into the laurel wreath in the back, while this coin shows Apollo with long hair, similar to the bronzes attributed to 330-285 BC.
