Authorized for circulation in West New Jersey, 18 May 1682. King David standing left, playing harp; crown above / St. Patrick standing facing, holding shamrock and crozier; followers around. Edge: Plain. Vlack 4-E; DF 340; Whitman W-11540; Breen 204. Fine, usual brass plug near the crown on the obverse. Very rare variety with small letters on each side.
