CAR · D : G · SCOT · ANG · FR · ET · HIB · R, crowned and mantled bust left; XX / IVSTITIA · THRONVM · FIRMAT, crowned thistle. Burns 34 (fig. 1018); cf. SCBI 35 (Ashmolean & Hunterian), 1484-7 (for type); SCBC 5587. Good VF, attractively toned, minor flan flaw on the obverse.
