Second Intermediate Period. Circa 1650-1550. Steatite scarab (16x12mm). Base engraved with a falcon-headed lion between two uraei. Cf. Nicacci 182; Rowe 302. Some wear on top of the back, otherwise intact, once glazed, pierced for mounting.
