Diademed head of the deified Alexander right, with horn of Ammon / Athena Nikephoros seated left, left arm resting on shield, transverse spear in background; pellet to inner left. Fischer-Bossert, Lysimacheier – (V6/Ra7 [unlisted die combination]); CNG 60, lot 473 var. (herm on rev.; same obv. die); Thompson –; Müller –. Good VF, toned, some die rust on obverse. Extremely rare issue with pellet control mark, only one example noted by Fischer-Bossert (in the ANS).
