IMP CAES M ANT GORDIANVS AFR AVG, laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / ROMAE AETERNAE, S C in exergue, Roma seated left, holding Victory in extended right hand, scepter in left; oval shield below seat. RIC IV 5; BMCRE 23-6; Banti 4. VF, green and brown patina, hairline flan crack.
