Dated 1823 Mo JM. KM 303. In NGC encapsulation graded MS 64 WINGS APPROVED. Choice uncirculated specimen with even moderate blue-gray patina over very lustrous fields. Highest graded for the type. A very rare coin seldom offered especially in Mint State of any number.
