FL IVL CONST ANTIVS P F AVG, pearl-diademed, helmeted, and cuirassed bust facing slightly right, holding spear in right hand over shoulder and ornate shield in left / GLORIA REI PVBLICAE, Roma and Constantinopolis, with right foot on prow and holding scepter in left hand, enthroned facing, holding between them a shield inscribed VOT/XXX/MVLT/XXXX in four lines; RSMP (palm).
