bismillah, and
rahman Allah in Arabic in outer margin; triple pellets flanking lowest pellet-above-star-in-crescent / Fire altar with ribbons and attendants; star and crescent flanking flames; date to left; mint to right; pellet to left of altar shaft. SICA I –; cf. Walker,
