"Khosrau, the king of kings, may (he) strengthen (or prosper)" in Pahlavi, crowned and cuirassed bust right, ribbons over shoulders, crescent over left shoulder, star and star-in-crescent flanking crown, monogram behind / "Iran has strengthened (or prospered)" to right in Pahlavi, facing bust of Anahit in flame nimbus, regnal year to left.
