Recent finds indicate that Lucca may well be responsible for this highly unusual issue (cf. M. Zecchini, Lucca etrusca [Lucca, 1999], and the Gattaiola or Romito di Pozzuolo hoard [near Lucca], RIN 87 [1985], pp. 273-4).
