Charioteer driving slow quadriga right, holding kentron and reins; above, Nike flying left, crowning charioteer; in exergue, ketos right / SURAKOSIO-N, diademed head of Arethusa right, surrounded by four dolphins swimming clockwise. Cf. Boehringer Series XIVb, 495/499 (V261/R356; unlisted die combination); SNG ANS 158 (same reverse die); SNG Copenhagen 645; Jameson 762 (same reverse die). VF, attractive light iridescent toning, light scratch on reverse. Well centered with all devices fully visible. ($1000)
