Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right / Sarapis and Hadrian standing facing each other within distyle temple containing a small shrine inscribed ADR/IAN/ON in three lines; L above, IZ (date) in exergue. Köln 1084; Dattari 1946; Milne 1377 var. (position of date); Emmett 1042. Near VF, dark brown patina, a bit rough.
