Metcalf, Cistophori, type 77, 314 var. (for rev. type); BMCRE -; RSC -. VF, minor slip strike on obverse. areas of minor porosity. Unique and unknown to Metcalf. ($500)

This reverse type, with COS III across the lower field and multiple leaves on the stalks, was previously known from a single specimen in Vienna, which Metcalf assigned to an uncertain Mint A. The bust type and unusual legend, though, are unrecorded for this mint.
