Boiotian shield / Infant Herakles kneeling facing, strangling two serpents, the one on right arm hangs dead; [(archaic Q)EBAION] above, ivy leaf to upper left; all within square incuse. Head, Boeotia p. 32; Myron Hoard pl. A, 29 (same dies); BMC p. 72, 40. Near VF, even grey tone. Very rare with the ivy leaf. ($1000)
