LUCANIA, Metapontion. Circa 330-290 BC. AR Nomos (7.62 g, 3h). Atha-, magistrate. Wreathed head of Demeter left / Seven-grained ear, leaf to left; tongs above leaf, AQA below. Johnston Class C, 4.7 (same dies); HN Italy 1583. Good VF, lightly toned, some die rust, a little rough, light cleaning marks. Struck from artistic dies.
