YORK. Edward IV. First reign, 1461-1470. AR Groat (3.05 g, 2h). Light coinage. London mint; mm: rose. Struck 1464-1465. Crowned facing bust in tressure of arches; quatrefoils flanking neck, nothing on breast / Long cross; trefoils in quarters, no eye, extra pellet in one quarter, P with long serif (P3). Blunt & Whitton Type Vd, 1; North 1568; SCBC 2000. VF, toned, obverse struck a little softly.
