AXUM. temp. Ebana. Circa 430-460. Æ (16mm, 1.55 g, 12h). Crowned bust right, holding cruciform scepter / Greek cross pattée, with central annulet, within annulet. Hahn, Aksumite 36; Munro-Hay Type 76; BMC Axum 316-398; SACAM 283-320. Earthen dark green patina, cleaning marks, trace of gilt on reverse. VF. Struck on a broad flan and a good example of the issue.
