POTTERY. Magna Graecia. 6th-4th Cent. BCE. n/a. (125 mm tall x 105 mm wide). An oinochoe with squat foot, attached to a large body that tapers at the foot and the shoulder. The neck itself is wide and squat with an upturned trumpeting lip. Two straps of pottery make up the handle which attaches from the lip to the lower shoulder of one side. It is held together with a single ring at the top. The top 2/3rds of the vessel is blackened, with redware of the foot still showing. Patina present. Some dings and small inclusions.
