THESSALY, Larissa. 1st century BC. Æ Tetrachalkon (21mm, 8.10 g, 9h). Head of the nymph Larissa left, with hair tied in bun at back; monogram behind / ΛA–PI–ΣAIΩN, rider, helmeted and holding lance, on horseback right. Rogers –; BCD Thessaly II 398.1 (same obv. die). Near VF, red and brown patina. Rare.
