PAPHLAGONIA, Sinope. Circa 330-300 BC. AR Drachm (19mm, 6.05 g, 6h). Aiginetic standard. Formi–, magistrate. Head of nymph left, hair in sakkos; aphlaston before / Sea eagle on dolphin left; ΦOPMI below eagle’s wings. Cf. SNG BM Black Sea 1489 (same magistrate, but on a Persica standard drachm without aphlaston); SNG Stancomb –; HGC 7, 391 (but magistrate unlisted). Good VF, deep test cut.
