FL IVL CONST ANTIVS P F AVG, pearl-diademed, helmeted, and cuirassed bust facing slightly right, holding spear over shoulder and ornate shield / GLORIA REI PVBLICAE, Roma enthroned facing and Constantinopolis enthroned left, foot on prow, holding scepter, holding between them a shield inscribed VOT/ XXX/ MVLT/ XXXX in four lines; RSMB (palm).
