Lion standing right, licking its right foreleg; [Boiotian shield above], floral pattern in exergue / Phrixos standing left, clinging to the back of a ram advancing left; [M (in Phoenician) below]; all within incuse square. Cf. Zapiti & Michaelidou 1; cf. SNG Copenhagen 24; CNG E-435, lot 130 (same dies); CNG 432, lot 99 (same dies); CNG E-431, lot 249 (same dies); CNG E-430, lot 186 (same dies). Fair, poorly struck. Very rare, apparently unpublished in the standard references.
