Greek. Corinth. Circa 6th century BC. Terracotta aryballos (9.7cm high). A fine aryballos in layered paint with dimpled foot and rosette surrounding, leading to round body with paintings of a wild boar, a deer, and a bird with wings opened. Neck is squat, opening to large wide lip with rosette painted on it. Single, strap handle with hatchmark design. Intact. With tag: MCAS Berlin Gallery.
