POTTERY. Magna Graecia. 6th-4th Cent. BCE. (125 mm wide x 90 mm tall). A Blackware guttus with squat round foot, ribbed body, a ring-shaped handle and spout shaped like a bear’s head with an open mouth. The top is concaved, with a central ring with 5 small openings for oil. Encrustations, discoloring and patina present. Intact. |
