SICILY, Akragas. Circa 415-406 BC. Æ Onkia (17mm, 3.58 g, 3h). Eagle standing left on fish, head right; cicada to right / Crab above grouper right; pellet (mark of value) between claws. Westermark, Coinage, Period III, Series Onkiai, 993.1 (O2/R4 – this coin, illustrated); CNS 85; HGC 2, 151; SNG Morcom –. Dark green patina, short flan crack, die wear on obverse. Near VF. Very rare, only one specimen cited by Calciati.
