STONE. Kushan/Bactria. c. 2400-2100 BCE. (6.8 cm) A bread stamp with a scalloped border. On the back, a broken handle with loss on the top and right side of the piece. The handle was originally pierced for suspension. On the face of the stamp itself, a 6-pronged image with linear decorations. All within a scalloped border with rectangular sections with drilled points centrally in each. Tag on the back suggests parallel in BMAC 163. With a small case with glass lid.
