STONE. Kushan/Bactria. c. 2400-2100 BCE. (5.5 cm) A round bread stamp with a handle with piercing for suspension. On the face of the stamp itself, a contest frieze of two indistinct animals on hind facing each other, forehooves raised as they cross themselves. Minor losses on the edge of the seal. Tag on the back suggests parallel in BMAC 168. With a small case with glass lid.
