STATUARY. CHINA. In the style of the Tang Dynasty. Group lot of three mold formed hollow body statues 195 to 200 mm in height. Three court attendants in this group lot, all of them dressed in traditional Tang Dynasty attire. The left one is particular special, it features an intricately styled hair bun, dressed in a floor-length skirt with hands held together under the sleeves at the abdomen. The facial features are subtly depicted. All figures were once painted, but the colors have faded over time. Sold as is.
