Confronted busts of Philip II right, bareheaded, draped, and cuirassed, and Serapis left, draped and wearing kalathos / Hermes leaning to left, head right, with right foot on ram’s head, drapery on knee; turtle below and tree stump to right, E (mark of value) to right.
