Draped bust right / Pietas standing left, holding acerra (incense box) and sacrificing over lighted and garlanded altar to left. RIC III 1756 (Aurelius); MIR 18, 11-6a; Banti 33. Exceptional green patina, slightly granular surfaces, encrustation on reverse. Near VF.
