Radiate head of Helios right; PO∆IOI YΠЄPTΩN C ЄB[AC]TΩN around / Nike standing left, holding palm and crowning trophy to left; ∆I∆PAXMON (garbled from strike) between. RPC I –; SNG Copenhagen 892; SNG Keckman –; SNG von Aulock 2854. Attractive dark green and brown patina, some light cleaning scratches, double struck on reverse. Good VF. Wonderful surfaces on obverse. |
