Sofaer –; Kindler 39; Spijkerman 55; Rosenberger 45. Dark green and brown patina with some light earthen highlights/deposits, a few light cleaning marks, traces of bare metal on some of the high points. VF. Rare, and exceptional for the issue.

The two small figures at the feet of Tyche on the reverse are usually described as “bulls” or “seated figures”, but on this specimen, they clearly appear to be centaurs.
