Domitian. As Caesar, AD 69-81. AR Denarius (19.5mm, 3.31 g, 6h). Rome mint. Struck under Vespasian, to 24 June AD 79. Laureate head right / Clasped right hands holding aquila set on prow. RIC II 1081 (Vespasian); RSC 393. Lightly toned, underlying luster, with some iridescence. Near EF. Attractive portrait.
