Diademed head of the deified Alexander right, with horn of Ammon / Athena Nikephoros seated left, left arm resting on shield, transverse spear in background; club to outer left, monogram to inner left, bow in bowcase and AΓ monogram in exergue. Marinescu, Cius, Issue 25, 109 (O39/R95’); Müller 413–7 var. (inner left monogram); HGC 7, 555. Lightly toned, some light deposits and cleaning marks, small scratch on obverse. VF. Extremely rare, only two examples noted by Marinescu. |
