Half-length facing bust of Sergio, wearing loros, holding scepter and globus cruciger / Draped bust St. Gennaro facing, holding Gospels. Grierson, Coins of Medieval Europe 100; MIR 9; MEC 14, 5-6; Pannuti-Riccio 1; Biaggi 1617. Brown surfaces. VF. Extremely rare.
